Having trained and worked in London for 7 years before moving back out to Buckinghamshire Lorraine has handled a wide range of residential and commercial property transactions. She advises on various matters including new builds, shared ownership, leasehold and freehold titles, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, tenancies, enfranchisement, land sales, property development, option agreements, conditional contracts, overage, lettings and acquisition of all types of commercial property from small business premises such as pubs, shops and shopping centre units to large office suites and warehouses.
Outside of the office:
Lorraine grew up in the area and attended Lord Williams’ School in Thame before moving to London for university. She enjoys spending time with her family, eating out, swimming and running. She also follows a number of motor sports including British Touring Cars, F1 and Moto GP and would not say no to a second career in racing.
