Solicitor of England and Wales 2017

Following training with Blaser Mills LLP, Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in 2017. Charlotte is a member of the private client team who is able to advise clients on a range of matters. Charlotte can prepare Wills taking into consideration inheritance tax mitigation and other issues affecting the elderly. She is also able to draft Lasting Powers of Attorneys and assist clients with other Court of Protection related matters. Charlotte also specialises in obtaining both Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration (depending whether an individual dies testate or intestate), from submitting inheritance tax accounts to distributing the estate accordingly.

Charlotte is known for her approachable manner and is happy to make visits to clients in their homes, hospitals and hospices where necessary.

Outside of the office:

Charlotte is a Civilian Instructor with the RAF Air Cadets. However, when she finds some spare time, Charlotte also enjoys travelling and outdoor activities, including mountaineering and kayaking, both interspersed with regular stops for rehydration and sustenance.
